Small Diet is a diet challenge that last for 2 to 3 days. The challenge includes dos and don’ts for the period of the challenge.

Example challenges:

-Give up chocolate

-Have salad for lunch

-Walk one mile everyday

-Give up bread

The challenge periods are:

-Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (3 days)

-Thursday and Friday (2 days)

-Saturday and Sunday (2 days)
